No change this week, been checking sporadically and seems to have been a big jump over the weekend, hoping it's just water weight but whatever it is it'll go.

Bit worried about the next two weekends, it's my wife's birthday on Saturday and she's having two birthday weekends. Celebrations are calorific. Ah well, nowt on for a while after that anyway..

Celebrations are a nightmare - especially if they're for someone else as you can't scale it down as you would for yourself. Just make sure you enjoy and get back on track afterwards. have fun!

Oh you're right there, definitely. Am in quite a good place at the moment though, people are noticing the difference and there's still a hell of a difference to go yet but no reason why it can't happen. Again. Right now, I'm finding my cheat days being about half as bad as most of my regular days towards the end of last year. So that's something. I've had pizza twice this year, probably have had it twice a day before..

Great you're feeling good and that's some improvement on cheats! I hope if you're wife is having two weekend celebrations for her birthday she's taking you somewhere nice for Valentines ... or cooking you something special. It seems only fair to me. Take care!
