Good Saturday everyone! Hope your weekend is lovely!

I didn't sleep well last night, so am a little grumpy today. It's really cold this morning, so a nap this afternoon seems more than likely!

I dropped my Victoza a bit this morning. We'll see how that goes today. I may have to go back up until more weight is off. As much as I want off this stuff, I do need to take it easy and remember the pounds may need to come off more before I am totally off this third med.

Today's goal is to drink more water. I haven't been very good with hydration the last couple of days. It seems like a small thing, but it is certainly a needed one.

Reducing meds is a NSV good for you! I hate water lol but I drink it 5 bottles@16.9 oz each!

it's going to warm up...soon...you are doing so good...getting off insulin is such a big deal...I'm proud that you are taking all the steps to do it..Ms. "I don't like any cooked veggies"..lol
