I missed logging my food a little while, but I am back!
Weighed this morning and down a 1/2 lb.
I am walking every day for the first time in quite a long time.
I need to take the time to plan my meals as I am noticing that I am not getting enough calories in most days. I buy food to last a week or longer, but just winging it each day.
