I'm within 13 pounds of my goal weight , in total I have lost over 7 stone in total. the only problem I will have is the loose skin. any suggestions.

WOW! Congratulations! You lost your weight really fast so it's common to get the sagging skin. I'm starting to develop that problem with my arms and stomach area. But as they say, exercise helps reduce that problem. I know it's a little late to manage that problem now but maybe you can still try that otherwise I would recommend plastic surgery.
