Hello Again! Its been so long. My Birthday, the holidays, the parties! Ugh. I have resorted to my old habbits...and I haven't logged in in quite a bit. I feel like I had such success with the 18 or so that I lost, I fell into a happy lull...ignoring that I have 45 more pounds to go. So back to phase 1 for me!

I think many of us slipped hard over the holidays, too many parties, too much delicious food and too many drinks, lol!
