food diary
Is anyone else having issues with the food diary? I have never used it before but when I try to search for foods to enter, the page just goes back to the fatsecret homepage. Its frustrating - I must have tried this a dozen times already.
Any advice?

FIRST DAY
I don't know, I live in Victoria, Canada and I by them in the bulk foods section, all the grocery stores here seem to have them. I know Safeway does (in Victoria anyway) you might try there.

FIRST DAY
I agree on the dill pickles, you like salt (as do I) and they are nice and tangy, salty, crunchy and have hardly any calories at all. Not so good if you're on a sodium reduced diet though! I also like the roasted soy nuts. I am a huge snacker too so I sympathize! Cheers

Sayjing hello.
Hang in there, I am on day 3 and it is getting easier. I am maybe eating more nuts than I should but herbal tea is my new friend, I have 9 or 10 different flavours! We can do this!
