I can't believe how different I feel when eating in phase 1. My stomach is not bloated and i have way more energy! too bad I can't stay in Ph1 forever.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 9.3 lb a week

Great job! You'll be ready for phase 2, just be careful to add only a food or two a week to see how your body responds to the new foods. You're doing GREAT!

It's amazing isn't it!! Great going and sticking to it. It works when you follow it. Pase 2 is important too... so you learn how to eat healthy for the rest of your life. Its a great plan. I still remember how awestuck I was at the lack of cravings or urges to binge after the first week.

I love what bullytrouble wrote about only adding a few things in phase two. I think it's confusing to think that as soon as you are done with phase one that you can start adding a ton of things back. One or two things here and there will help to determine what the body responds well to, and what still needs to go! Everyone is so different, it's crazy! Keep up the good work!!!
