Ugh, got on the scale yesterday and was shocked. I knew I had not done well over the holiday but I sure didn't think I went off the rails that badly. Checked again today and almost 5lb weight loss. Likely working thru water weight gain. Still a gain from where I was. I'm going to give it a couple of days before I record it. Back on track on the eating and getting my steps in.

after Christmas I did a 12 hour fast and that seemed to kick the water weight out because I lost weight according to my weigh in yesterday morning. everyone's body is different but personally that's what helped me get back on track quickly.
