Yesterday I made my meal ideas and grocery list for next week. I've got some healthy meals planned for all day and some healthy snack ideas too. I'm going to try to do my workouts in the morning, which will be hard, but I know if I just start doing it, it will get easier. I have a plan, now I just need to get started.

My hubby started yesterday with a workout, so I'm proud of him for getting started. We're both trying to eat healthy with the options we have at home. I have a plan for my lunches next week and I know he won't like what I'm making, so he'll be upset that I didn't plan for him too, but he doesn't like veggies, and I want them, so he's going to have to prep for himself if he doesn't like what I'm making. Before I tried to cater to him a bit, but now I have to do what I know I can stick with, and his needs/wants are different than mine. It will be better because we can both eat what we like. We tend to cheat if we compromise and it's something we're both not crazy about.

Well, enough from me today. Time to get busy. Have a great Wednesday!! :)
