I'm so glad it's FRIDAY!! I'm going to spend some time this weekend looking for a motivational book on eating right and exercise. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I'm super pumped right now, but I know myself and after a week or so that motivation will slow down, so I'm hoping that having something to read before bed might pump me up for the next morning. If I can make the healthy eating and exercise a habit I can stick with it.

My hubby is ready to get going too. He's been doing really well with his exercise this week, I'm so proud of him for getting started. This weekend we're going to clean any remaining junk out of the house. That will help us both, and I think it helps me to feel in control. Any leftover sweets at work, will be going in the trash this afternoon, none will come home. I have Monday off too, so that will be a good day to prep for the week too.

I've been really trying to figure out my goals this past week or so. My husband and I have a goal to run a local 10K or 2 mile run this spring, so we're really wanting to get in shape to do that. I have a goal weight on here, and that will be a marker, but one goal is that I want to be able to do my workouts with my 10 lb. weights and then move up. I want to be stronger and feel fit for our trip this summer. I know those are going to be hard tasks for me, but I am going to do my best to stay motivated.
