I am still working hard to watch what I eat, and focus on good foods.

I found that a good hearty breakfast is important. Set my body's metabolic rate for the day.

Next I am focusing on portion control.

And finally, a balanced diet. I tried low card, all protein, and even starving with only 1100 calories a day (which I did ok with) and did not lose to much weight.. but when I balanced my diet, eat veggies, protein and good fats, I am feeling better, and I am can see progress.. of coures I drink lots of water...

It is working, so I just have to keep going.
