My arms are so sore today from the fit test for the May bodrock challenge! On the bright side, the exercises in the test helped me to fit in my workout for a few of the challenges I'm in.
I've gotten smarter about my workouts too. I want to fit in more spin classes than the 2 evening classes offered (7pm-ish), but the only other classes I could make during the week are at 5:30. It's tough to leave my job at 5pm and make it on time - I normally get to the spin room with less than 10 minutes to spare. So I packed up my workout clothes this morning (damn, I just realized I forgot my sneakers, good thing my apt is on the way to the gym) so I can make it on time.
Also I went over my calories yesterday, but have a feeling I'll be under today. Something I ate yesterday isn't sitting right so putting more food in my uneasy stomach is not something I feel like doing right now.
