I hate sodium.

We went to the chinese buffet for lunch today, at the request of my husband. He needs all the calories he can get (he has a super fast metabolism and works at a physically demanding job) so I didn't object. And I did pretty well sticking to my calorie plan too - I'm only about 2/3 done with my calories for the day.

BUT OH MAN..... SO MUCH SODIUM!!! I have been chugging water ever since I got back to the office (2 liters in the last 3 hours and I'm still thirsty). It sucks because I'm probably going to put on 2-3 lbs of water weight in the next day. Oh well.... just gotta remember not to weigh in again until the weekend or it'll affect my motivation / mind set.

Water weight isn't a bad thing. It will flush your system. Just weigh yourself at the same time once a week. :)

True, water weight isn't so bad. It is frustrating feeling all bloated though. Oh well, it was worth it to spend some time with my husband since we have such opposite schedules :)

How about this...don't weigh yourself when you know this!! I refuse to weight myself! I hate the scale...its evil!! I go by feeling. And since I've remained positive lately...I'm seeing myself drop weight! I've gone down a few sizes...and I've been doing this since Jan. I've not stepped on the scale once. Well, I did..but dr. appointment. Measure yourself instead! Or weigh once a month???
