Starting with a lifestyle change rather than a diet (and now instead of waiting for January). Half an hour of sports per day (walking/swimming/yoga/whatever that is) and eating light. At the canteen at work it can be done to eat a light meal, I want to do so from this week on (and resist the temptation of eating pizza!). When I travel to the USA, I can also get a smaller portion or a salad and make my point of not eating fast food at every single meal with my coworkers.
I can do this!!! :)
