The site was down for me yesterday, which turned out to be a good thing, I think. I was venting my frustration in the morning, but the afternoon took a turn for the better, and I'm feeling pretty good. Nothing to do with the scale.
It's a new day, I'm going to work hard, and I'm surrounded by amazing people who love what they do.
What else could you ask for?
Edit (before lunch). I am going to try logging my food BEFORE I eat each meal for a couple of days.
