Lazy day today. I've only been to the gym four days this week but I guess that's okay. Yesterday I went and I was able to run 5 minutes, twice on the treadmill. I'm hoping to get up to running a half a mile soon. I skipped breakfast today because I got up so late. I was thinking of having a bar, but I figured since I'm having lunch at 1:00 I'll just wait until lunch. My blood sugars are okay but they are running a little higher than they were last week - it was 114 when I got up today. I am going shopping for smaller jeans - size 12! I don't want to invest a lot in clothing because I am still losing. I don't want to buy a lot of size 12 clothes. It's a lot better than a 16-18, which is where I was at, but my ultimate goal is size 6.
