Last night I started trying to eliminate processed sugar. I am hoping to decrease my constant desire to eat sweets. I am also hoping to decrease my portion sizes. Today, so far - so good.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 November 2017:
1289 kcal Fat: 40.97g | Prot: 103.88g | Carb: 121.86g.   Lunch: Greens with Ham or Pork (Mixture), Couscous (Cooked), Turkey Dark Meat (Cooked, Roasted). Dinner: Tomato Soup, Ground Beef (Cooked), Couscous (Cooked), Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots). Snacks/Other: Blue Diamond Artisan Nut-Thins - Multi-Seeds, Green Giant Fresh Baby Cut Carrots, Celery. more...

That’s my issue...sweet. I feel deprived. Nothing else just sweets. Even just honey in my tea helps 😏
