Okay, I have to refocus. Work has been crazy the past two weeks, and I haven't done a good job of keeping track of what I have been eating. I also know I haven't stayed within my net carbs. When I weighed myself this morning I had gained a little over 3 pounds since my last official weigh-in. I know I haven't been drinking enough water, either. It can get away from you so quickly. Between work, classes, comittees, and wedding planning, I'm struggling to keep up. I've already done better today. One day at a time.
