AFter focusing on what I need to do, I'm back down to my last weigh-in. I think some of the problem was dehydration. I feel much better after getting back on track with Atkins.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 April 2012:
1435 kcal Fat: 94.70g | Prot: 104.27g | Carb: 46.04g.   Breakfast: water, Benefiber Powder, Cooked Egg White, Ground Turkey. Lunch: extra lean ham, Mixed Salad Greens, Mushrooms , water, Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Classic Mexican 4 Cheese Shredded Cheese. Dinner: Provolone Cheese , Green Olives with Pimento, Solid White Albacore Tuna, Mixed Salad Greens, Mushrooms, water, Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Classic Mexican 4 Cheese Shredded Cheese. Snacks/Other: atkins endulgence coconut, Water, water, water, Diet Dr. Pepper (20 oz). more...
