I restarted Atkins Monday. I already feel so much better. I know I lost a lot of water because i have be come very accounted with the bathroom.

MONDAY WAS HORRIBLE, Tuesday a little better. today much better.

Breakfast: 2 slices of bacon, 1 large egg with cheese
Lunch: 6 chicken winges with honey barbque sauce and brocolie and cheese
Snack: cheese cubs
Dinner: Hamberger pattie with cheese and brocolie and cheese.

Fish oil, G-lutima, vitamine
