stretches, alpha machine, incline press, shoulder press, hour of les mills body pump. by the time i got out of work today, i didnt feel like doing anything but eating pizza and sleeping. i ate a low carb protein bar and after a long while of sitting in my car, i dragged myself to the gym and into an exercise class which utilizes every exercise my trainer wants me to use.
326.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 178.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
