krissyi's Journal, 05 November 2017

I’ve not been very consistent with recording my meals. Gonna have to get on that. Good news is I’ve made it through Halloween without eating any candy. This is a huge accomplishment for me. I’m doing this thing where I’m trying to brainwash myself into not thinking of it as food (because it isn’t). I just keep mentally telling myself that I don’t like the taste and hopefully I’ll begin to believe it if I go without eating junk for long enough.

I flat out call it pretty poison. I think of it as artwork, not food.

The food diary has been my saving grace. If you nibble then you scribble is a good motto. It’s made me so much more conscious of my habits. This is motto say that I don’t have my days where I bash a frisco melt and cheese fries in the parking lot, but the shame of putting in the diary reminds me why I’m doing this. Good luck!

That's what's up. You are literally starting in the right place.... your mind. I myself never kept a food journal however I have and still keep that mental journal of the thing and things that keeps me green 5yrs later. the way I looked, physically felt and a whole host of things I won't mention. 😂 You keep up the good work. kuddos!

It was hard for me when I tried MFP last year. Since I started FS for my first ever cutting phase, it took me to the next level. The results become addicting. Remember why you did it, and it’ll be nothing to you 👍🏼
