*Does happy dance*

Looking forward to being much healthier riiiight on time for moving down to Florida and starting school again. :D

Also, I think I found my niche. It's not a job to eat healthy and go to the gym anymore. It's a lifestyle. I enjoy doing it, and eating fresher foods that haven't been prcessed. I'm taking it nice and slow, but I feel like this time it's going to stick. Plus I'm trying and push my healthy habits onto my family. My dad has started cooking healthier, at least this past weekend he really did, and my mom got a membership at the gym. Plus I had my brother drinking water, which he NEVER does. So excited.

Looking for high protein - Low cal/fat/carb foods to eat. I've taken up salmon, which I love, black beans and avocados. I can't have an abundance of soy because my mother is allergic. Any suggestions? Wich me luck! I'm ready to be the me that has been hiding inside this body!
