Yesterday's first attempt at a high-carb/low-fat day was surprisingly challenging. I didn't think I would have any trouble reaching my carb-quota for the day; but I did. Especially because I had to make sure I didn't have too much fatty foods. End of the day, the results aren't so bad. (But definitely need to work on my protein intake).
