I'm really not a whiner, but I'm very disappointed in myself. Some of old habits "eating stuff after 6pm" are coming back. My weight was down really good last Oct/Nov 2011, but now up again. Daytime isn't the problem, it's evenings and nervous or bored eating after dinner.... it's got to STOP!!! I've got to get my book out and look at acceptable veggies and stuff that's not going to do damage, really frustrated !!!
