Well 1/2/08 is almost here and I am pumped to get my training started. Some friends want to do a " biggest loser " contest at work which should be fun . My workout will be 2 on 1 off 2 on then 2 off :

Monday - Upper Body / Cardio
Tuesday - Lower Body / Cardio
Wednesday - Rest / Ride
Thursday - Upper Body / Cardio
Friday - Lower Body / Cardio
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Race

My " Diet " :

No Junk Food
Very Minimal Bread Intake
No Sodas ( even diet )
No Red Meat
No Ketchup
Cut Sugar To Almost Zero
Cut Starches ( my weakness :(

Lots Of Doogy Wine ( a.k.a. Water ;)

I will give you an update on 1/9/08

Your diet is so different from what you ate last week. Good luck to you, my Bro! My diet is not much different from what I've eaten in the past. So... slap down your $5 on the Biggest Loser contest. I feel I'm gonna lose my 5 to you. Which is a good thing! Stay away from Fender and Brandon, tho. They don't care if you get healthy or not. Stick with me, Diane and Jtb. Exercise and healthy food is the way! I love your trying to get healthy, me
