Well 1/2/08 is almost here and I am pumped to get my training started. Some friends want to do a " biggest loser " contest at work which should be fun . My workout will be 2 on 1 off 2 on then 2 off :
Monday - Upper Body / Cardio
Tuesday - Lower Body / Cardio
Wednesday - Rest / Ride
Thursday - Upper Body / Cardio
Friday - Lower Body / Cardio
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Race
My " Diet " :
No Junk Food
Very Minimal Bread Intake
No Sodas ( even diet )
No Red Meat
No Ketchup
Cut Sugar To Almost Zero
Cut Starches ( my weakness :(
Lots Of Doogy Wine ( a.k.a. Water ;)
I will give you an update on 1/9/08

I will begin my fat to fit starting on 1/2/08 . I am a big frame guy but I still need to be fit . I don't want to do a diet that will be extreme .. just one that's " real " . Wish me luck
