A few days ago, I received the results from lab work done last week. Cholesterol and Triglycerides were out of range, as were Glucose and Vitamin D. I am apparently very vitamin D deficient, which can have a lot to do with succeptibility to illness as well as having an increased incidence for depression and a decreased energy level. Over the weekend, I added a multi-vitamin and additional B12 and D3 supplementation. Apparently Vitamin D is difficult for your body to process if you are overweight. Definitely an eye opener for me.
