I really like the BFC plan. I don't miss the extra sugar i feel great and have lost 22 lbs in 2 months (11 lbs a month) which works for me!

I like it to because it has been easy and I think if I step up a bit by excersing I think I would have met my weight goal by now, But it is fine that I average about 1 and 1/2 to 2 lbs a week.
Great on you weightloss thus far
