Traveled to Martha's Vineyard with the hubby this past weekend.I indulged a bit this weekend. Not on carbs but I did overeat a bit. I didn't weight myself out of fear haha and I feel a bit bloated. I've decided to go on an egg fast for a few days. #keto

I love Martha's Vineyard! Hope you had a great time! I, too, should remember to put more eggs in my meal plans. I think I will go now and hard boil a 1/2 dozen, yum.

I don't know why I never boil a bunch at the same. I find myself boiling what i need and rushing out in the morning for work. -jodib2

I always boil about a dozen at a time and they last about 4 or 5 days. LOL 🙋🏻
