Went off the rails last night. :(
Not even sure how it happened. Things were going so well, but all day I was fighting cravings. I kept drinking coffee (my go-to snack fighter) trying to get my mind off it. But, I couldn't get it out of my head, and last night I caved. Ugh. My diet calendar entry yesterday bears my shame. Almost didn't want to post it, but I knew I had to. It is so strange how it avalanches -- or maybe more like a dam burst.
Anyway, afterward I promised myself that it was just a one-off. I'm not giving up. I'm probably going make it up on my spiking day... I'll have to see how that goes. Anyway, things are back on and rosy today. :D
I'm going to fight this thing. And win.
