I'm on the 3rd day of the Visalus 90 Day Challenge. Can somebody please explain to me why I lost 3lbs after the first day, but only 1 lb after the second??? And I even cheated and ate a bag of unhealthy goodness during the first day, as well as had seconds for dinner that night. I managed to not eat as much on the second day, but still only lost 1 freakin' pound. It's better than nothing, but I'm just confused as to how weightloss works. I worked out for 44 minutes the first day, but 50 minutes the second day....and still lost more the after the first day. What in the world is going on?!

Again, didn't workout this morning. Not sure if I should or shouldn't work out twice a day while I'm doing shakes to replace two meals a day. I'm basically going by how my body feels. Not really by pain, per se, by how tired I am in the morning (because I usually don't sleep well). I'm hoping that by the time I go down to one shake a day, and hopefully start sleeping better, I'll have more energy to do two workouts.
