Yesterday i took 16,000+ steps, 8 miles. It was another travel day, Tucson to Washington DC.
Lets see about better food choices and more steps today.
Not letting me log food tonight :( I had a large dinner, BHL ex was there, always a stress eating day. I did walk a total of 10 miles which is good.
