I was exhausted today after the whirlwind weekend in DC. No time to even log food. I did walk quite a bit with the family around the city. Emotions are high, eating is high. My heart needs me to be good to it and stop the insanity of over eating. I can not risk gaining the 35 pounds I lost back, my heart would not appreciate all it's hard work and recovery going to waste.
Happy New Minute, tonight is a new night. I am starting now to change this, regardless of what happens next.
