Day 3 of my new life! Not horrible but not as good as the first 2. I stayed just under my 50 net carbs. Didn't get my walk in today due to bad weather but my job involves a lot of lifting so at least I got that. The weather the next 2 days looks much better. Only 2 more days of work this week then, I can do some actual workouts. I like HIIT workout videos that I can find online and do a different one each time. I did sneak a peek at the scale but didn't log it. Down 2.5 lbs in 2 days. I know it's probably water weight but it's gotta go too 😀
