Had a good second day! I ended the day with 40 out of my 50 allowed net carbs so I'm happy with that! I will worry about the other tracking numbers next week. I just want to focus on the main concern for this week. When I get overwhelmed, I quit and I don't want to do that. I, also, got in a nice, hour long walk of Pokémon hunting (lol) today. I love that I can do this at work! I take care of a disabled child and this is a fun activity that we can do together and I can get exercise. (And paid at the same time). I work 12 hour days, 4 times a week so mon-thurs, this is usually my exercise. Hope everyone had a great day 😀
