So I updated a post earlier guess it did not post.

So let's try this again. Ha ha

Made me some protein pancakes they where awesome tried making them low carb but they where a bit high. I will adjust the ingredients next time I make them. As this batch made 4 pancakes about 4in in diameter.

Today is leg day and my left knee is a bit sore. But I know on Monday of next week I'm getting surgery on it and I'll be really stagnant for the next month. Better get it in now and reap the benefits. Lol.

Everyone have a Happy 4th of July. Off to gym I go.
