Enjoyed this one really big breakfast packed full of protein. Still have to get the flavoring right as I like my food spicy. I put paprika & cayanne pepper powder on the eggs. I will use some hot sauce next time but I'll look for a low sodium version.

Have you experimented with chili peppers? Fresh Fresno and jalapeños are good with eggs.

@ jane-e Jalapeños yes. When I went to store they where all out. There on my shopping list. Fresh Fresno never heard of it. I heard of the city in california. Lol. @ kalesto Thanks I try and eat a variety of foods. Just try and keep with in my macros. @Ramona Roman So do I but I thought both peppers would have kick I was wrong. Lol. Next time I'll add some hot sauce or find a recipe to make some.

@Jane-e so just watched a show on food channel and they used some Fresno peppers. I thought it was a misspelling on your part. But now I'm curious to see how these taste I will have to shop for some. thanks for the info.
