Had a really good food day today...until dinner...I had four pieces of pizza...still under my RDI, but I could have been much lower...pizza was good though!!
I have to counter act that dinner with exercise...I already was out scraping and shoveling snow, so that counts...so my normal exercise should make up for the rest of the indulgence dinner.
I have to go out of town again, so restaurant food for lunch & dinner...but I will take fruit & veggies for snacks...
