Scale isn't budging anymore. Getting terribly discouraged. Figure I have to quit all the not-so-good things I've added to my diet since week 2. Crystal Light Sugar-free Jello Diet Sun drop (diet anything for that matter) Whipped cream I'm cutting these out for the next week and seeing if that makes a difference. I'm also taking a break from spin class and will run 4-6 miles everyday next week instead.
