Scale isn't budging anymore.
Getting terribly discouraged.
Figure I have to quit all the not-so-good things I've added to my diet since week 2.
Crystal Light
Sugar-free Jello
Diet Sun drop (diet anything for that matter)
Whipped cream
I'm cutting these out for the next week and seeing if that makes a difference.
I'm also taking a break from spin class and will run 4-6 miles everyday next week instead.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 February 2012:

Scale looks like it's moving fine. Your weight loss will always slow down after the first week or so. It's normal. You just have to keep your expectations realistic. You don't have a lot to lose so a pound a week is pretty normal and great. Kick up your loss with exercise.
