For the better part of my college years, I stayed between 140lbs and 149lbs. Towards the end though, I started to slide past the 150 mark once in a while. The thing then, was that I never allowed myself get to 155. However, after graduating, I stopped working out and started a sedentary job. I hovered around 155 for the first 7 or 8 months out of college. Then I slowly started to put on the pounds. My wake up call was when I weighed myself sometime in August 2011 and, discovered, to my horror that I weighed 162.7lbs.
I went on a calorie counting diet in September 2011 and dropped to about 157lbs before I got tired of that.
On January 2nd 2012, I weighed 160.2lbs.
I started the Atkins diet on the 16th of January 2012.
My ultimate goal is to weigh 137lbs before the end of the year.
My first mini-goal 145lbs
Second mini goal is 140lbs
I am 5'7"
