Alrighty, I changed my RDI's.
I'm trying to get use to my new numbers. I actually had dropped under the requirement; then had a monster head ache, so of course I went over my allotment on Wednesday.

I've been very good about exercise. I was promoted to Orange Belt Thursday night. I worked really hard for it, so it's a goal I'm completely thrilled about; after having a heart attack in September!
Now I am going to have to train for 6 months to reach Green belt. I'm going to use that time to reach another goal; to keep within my RDI's.
