Made a better choice at Red Robin than what I really wanted--mushroom burger instead of a Bleu Ribbon Burger with Bacon--but did not succeed in leaving the fries alone. I didn't eat them all, though. Only a few. I kinda wish I hadn't done it, but it is done and I am right at my RDI, not over. The bummer is that today I was working (and succeeding) at balancing my carb-protein-fat ratios by getting more protein and eating less fat. Then. . .FAIL! However, it is a good news, bad news kind of day. I made a poor choice for dinner, but all my other choices today were very good. I also got on the treadmill again today and RAN longer than I did on Saturday. It was a bit more challenging, but it felt good to do it. Tomorrow I think I will wait until after my last class and do a full 30 minutes instead of the 20 or 15 that I can fit in in between classes. I keep challenging myself to do a little more each day (faster or longer or both) and once I have done it, I feel like I am cheating myself to do less. Today I did 3 intervals of 3.5 minutes @ 3.5 mph then 1.5 minutes of 5.5 mph. Last week my intervals were 4 to 1 minutes, sooooo YAY me!!
