Ran out of salad fixings so i had to use cauliflower. Also had 2 freezerpops, and a small handfull of almonds.. raised my carbs to 12, not really bad but hgher than i wanted them.
129.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
