Had a somewhat wavering moment from my plan today. I hadn't planned lunch, got busy and didn't eat. Sat down when I got company. Felt anxious when they left and had cottage cheese and applesauce and then proceeded to have a small serving (half of what I would call a serving of the leftover casserole from yesterday). I had planned out my day, so had to go in and switch it out again. Still under my numbers, with exception of the dang carbs. So I am on here putting my thoughts down, to help remind me I CAN DO THIS and not allow thoughts of "whatever" take me down.
