Day 5 of continued journaling. Had a bit of a waver yesterday, but like in a previous entry, I recovered before I fell off. I was able to revamp my plan again, even though more carbs than I would want to indulge in, I was able to keep my calories where I want them to be. Today I will be more vigilant on the carbs. Still feeling in control.
