Today 28th of January I'm starting DUKAN ATTACK PHASE.

I want to lose weight to be able to wear clothes that I like.
I want to lose weight to be able to go out with boys and feel confortable with my body and who I am.
I want to lose weight to have more energy.
I want to lose weight to be more healthy.
I want to lose weight to stop this nonsense of having no plans on a Friday night.
I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT before I travel to New York City, my first big trip abroad by myself.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Good luck! I'm on the last day of Attack and I've lost 6 lbs. so far. It really does work if you follow the rules. :)
