OK - I'm taking this up a notch. My average daily intake has been around 1550 cals per day. My goal is no more than 1800, and I've been losing about 1lb per week. I have been active every day, not necessarily breaking into a hard sweat, but definately doing more than my recent past. There have been several days where I ate 1300 cals. To lose 2lbs a week, and double my progress, I'll have to aim for that 1300 daily. And I'm gonna do it! It will not be impossible, and it will not be uncomfortable. I just need to see more progress than 1 pound a week. I wanna be hot this summer! And 2 per week is not unhealthy. Time to pour it on! WOO!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
