I'm really thankful to God who gave me the strength and patience holding on my diet, and that my body is responding too well to it.

Thank you all for the support and inspiration, you have been a great help as well.

I think I have to thank my wife for her understanding my diet needs which reflected on the food she prepare <3

Still 10 Kg to reach first Goal then to hold it still, see you next week :)
233.2 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
