Scale is slowly crawling down. Cutting carbs way back this week; no grains and limited fruit. Hopefully, this will both kickstart the weight loss into higher gear and help me get better control over my appetite.

Pushup test this morning - 38. Way up from the 22 I started with.
256.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
